As Big Law increasingly looks to reduce and out-source administrative and operations functions, our firm continues to look through the lens of client service and recruit the administrative and operational talent we need to more effectively deliver an excellent service experience to our clients. All of our operations and administrative professionals are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the firm’s Philanthropy Committee, each of the firm’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion subcommittees, the Training Committee, the Forms Committee, ad hoc committees, and teams that organize webinars and other special events.

Our IT Professionals 

We have an extraordinary team of senior IT professionals who focus on cyber security, stability, and performance, but who also participate regular in practice team meetings to understand more deeply how those practice teams function and what IT solutions might enhance their work, and who also interact regularly with IT colleagues at clients to discuss ways to improve document sharing and collaboration.

Our Administrative Professionals

Our administrative assistants and document production specialists regularly work with our timekeeping professionals to enhance client service – this sometimes includes developing and maintaining project trackers, supporting the deployment of customized template agreement forms for clients, and stepping in when our client’s own capabilities for scrubbing metadata, formatting worksheets and presentations, and organizing document files are insufficient.
