Contracts Specialists and Paralegals


Our contracts specialists and paralegals are fully integrated into our delivery of legal counsel, fully supported and supervised by our lawyers, and fully contributing their skills, experiences, perspectives, and judgment to our work.

Our contracts specialists and corporate paralegals regularly interact with clients, CROs, and outside service providers who support our client’s ClinOps, Finance, and CMC operations - and with counterparties to proposed transactions.

One of the founders of our firm, Isabelle DeBear, was a contracts specialist… our firm has always believed that delivering excellent legal counsel to life sciences clients – where achievement of excellence requires not just technical proficiency, but also creativity, responsiveness, and cost-justifiability – requires finding talented, insightful and experienced paraprofessionals to be part of our team.

Contracts specialists and corporate paralegals also are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the firm’s Philanthropy Committee, each of the firm’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion subcommittees, the Training Committee, the Forms Committee, and ad hoc committees and teams that organize webinars and other special events.
