Her clients enjoy her powerful mix of legal expertise and pragmatism as applied to early-stage ventures which she acquired as a practitioner in a large, nationally-recognized, firm environment and has honed in a smaller boutique environment most suitable to her clientele. Maria also advises investors investing into life sciences and technology companies, and brings the same tool kit of expertise and pragmatism to help those clients execute on their investment goals. As a natural outgrowth of her early-stage practice, Maria advises companies in connection with mergers & acquisitions and various capital markets offerings, including de-SPAC transactions.
