Porcia brings over sixteen years of experience in the biopharma industry to her work for Faber’s clients.

Porcia leverages her prior in-house experience to skillfully and pragmatically draft, negotiate, and manage agreements for a wide range of research and clinical development matters, including study start-up and complex master services agreements, site agreements, data privacy agreements, and informed consents for large, multinational clinical studies of therapeutic products.

Porcia previously served on the Firm’s Philanthropy Committee and the Black Civil Rights Education Committee.

Porcia has donated time to Feed the Hood, a program that is part of the East Oakland Collective, a non-profit organization in Oakland, California dedicated to helping community members of East Oakland. Porcia has also volunteered with the California Reentry Program, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping formerly incarcerated individuals in San Quentin State Prison successfully reenter into society.


While in law school, Porcia volunteered at a non-profit organization called Safe Streets Strong Communities in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, and served as the General Relief Advocacy Program (GRAP) chair person, assisting those in need of obtaining public benefits at various Department of Social Services locations around Los Angeles, California.
