M. Masaya Seltzer



An experienced pharmaceutical and hospital lawyer, Masaya works with life science clients on research, drug development and clinical matters.

He handles and provides strategic advice on matters related to the conduct of global clinical trials, clinical trial agreements, investigator-initiated research agreements, clinical and non-clinical vendor services agreements, and supply chain matters related to development & manufacturing agreements and GMP services agreements. Masaya has worked with clinical investigators specializing in neurology, cancer, urology and transplant surgery.

Masaya previously worked as an immigration attorney specializing in asylum applications. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Masaya spent three years as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa.
