An experienced pharmaceutical and hospital lawyer, Masaya works with life sciences clients on research, drug development and clinical matters.

Masaya provides strategic advice to clients on manufacturing supply chains, clinical trials, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and other clinical and non-clinical vendor services, as well as data privacy matters, and drafts and negotiates agreements related to these functions. Masaya previously worked with clinical investigators specializing in neurology, oncology, urology and transplant surgery at a major research institution.

Masaya had worked as an immigration attorney specializing in asylum applications. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Masaya spent three years as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa.
