Heather is a highly skilled transactional attorney with fifteen years of experience drafting, negotiating and counseling clients on a wide range of agreements in the life sciences ecosystem. 

Heather supports client on broad range of clinical development and research activities, including research services, consulting, SaaS and clinical trial site agreements. Her experience also includes assisting clients with manufacturing, packaging, labeling and distribution agreements for clinical trial materials. Heather brings a practical and sophisticated perspective to her practice based on her many years of industry experience, including an in-house role at a major health care and research institution.

Heather was the chair of Faber’s Educational and Cultural Events Programming Subcommittee.
