Aden works with her Faber team to support drug development clients on a range of transactions related to their regular R & D activities.
Before joining Faber, Aden developed her IP and technology interests working at the Federal Communications Commission, as a legal researcher at the Brookings Institution, and at Public Knowledge, a D.C.-based technology advocacy group. While in law school, Aden was an editor of the law school’s Intellectual Property Brief, a fellow in the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property, and a student attorney for the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Clinic.
