The Firm’s Needs
We are seeking a thoughtful and conscientious individual to join our team as an Administrative/Legal Assistant. This is a newly-created full-time position; the individual will work in our office at 890 Winter Street in Waltham and report to the firm’s Director of Finance and Operations.
The individual must be focused on helping us provide excellent service to our clients – this includes generating high-quality work product, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients, adhering to deadlines, and working collaboratively with colleagues in the firm’s administrative team to balance workload, work efficiently, and prioritize effectively.
