Our Message

A Culture Centered on Our People

We are committed to creating an environment where our employees feel valued and supported, so that they can be their most authentic selves. We strive to learn more about each unique perspective and background so that we can continue to better support our employees, as well as our clients.

Our Beliefs

At Faber, we are committed to building a workplace that advances equity, celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion. We recognize that these goals are not a destination, but a process; not a test, but a mission. We believe that engaging with different ideas, perspectives and people enriches our understanding and appreciation of the community in which we participate, identifies and helps to repair social injustice, and meaningfully improves our ability to counsel our clients. And, as we accelerate our own efforts to improve our workplace, we actively encourage all of our business partners to join us.

"Since our beginning, a defining characteristic of our firm has been our striving to provide more considered and insightful counsel to our clients based on diverse experiences and perspectives of our team"
- Joe Faber, Managing Principal & Member of EDIC

How Faber promotes Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee (EDIC)

In order to best realize our vision for our firm, we have developed our own Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. Additionally, we developed three subcommittees to further shed light on social injustice, and give people the knowledge and tools to be more inclusive, understanding, and upstanding.

Partnering with The Possible Zone (TPZ)
(formerly The Possible Project)

TPZ is a non-profit youth entrepreneurship program that builds technical skills and promotes education and career success. Over the past 10 years, TPZ has served more than 1000 high school students in Boston and Cambridge.

In February of 2021, The Possible Zone (TPZ) partnered with Faber Daeufer & Itrato in developing original content for the Inclusion Page during Faber’s celebration of Black History Month. Eight TPZ seniors served as consultants to Faber. They developed a theme which focused on black history as well as women's history, created eight posts relating to those topics, and measured the impact of their posts on Faber’s web analytics metrics.
